Our new client service is a focused 30-minute session designed to build the foundation for your athlete’s development. We’ll review your athlete’s background, current skill level, and short-term goals while analyzing the video clips you provide. From there, I’ll highlight key areas for improvement, give targeted adjustments, and recommend drills to reinforce proper mechanics. By the end, you’ll have a clear development plan and actionable feedback your athlete can apply immediately.
For athletes ready to continue beyond the initial consultation, we offer a 3-session package that provides consistent instruction and measurable progress. Each 30-minute session includes personalized video analysis, targeted feedback, and recommended drills to strengthen mechanics and build confidence.
This pack gives you three focused development sessions at a discounted rate while ensuring momentum of guidance and support.
Our Elite Development Subscription is the ultimate program for players who want consistent, year-round support. This subscription gives families the flexibility to schedule 12 personalized video sessions (30 minutes each) throughout the year, to be used at their own pace as needs arise.
In addition to full session access, subscribers receive 4 detailed written reports—one each quarter—highlighting progress, key adjustments, and next-step recommendations. To ensure steady development between sessions, the package also includes up to 5 yearly impromptu check-ins, offering quick touch-points for questions, guidance, and accountability.

About me
Hi, I’m Alan Ahmady — a former Fresno State Bulldog and St. Louis Cardinals alum who fell in love with baseball at a young age watching my older brother play. Along the way, the game gave me incredible friendships, great coaches, and experiences that shaped who I am today.
I now live in Omaha, Nebraska with my wife Bailey and our two-year-old son, Chance. Becoming a husband and father has deepened my passion for helping the next generation of athletes. Over the years, I’ve seen one of the biggest gaps in today’s game: affordable access to high-level instruction — not just for mechanics, but also for building the mindset and belief system that empowers athletes to achieve their goals.
I started The Baseball Edge to bridge that gap. My mission is to help young ballplayers grow on and off the field by setting the right priorities, developing a strong foundation, and giving them the tools to reach their full potential — both as athletes and as individuals.
